We decided to put together something for people who like to top their muesli or yoghurt with a healthy and hearty mix. Here's what we came up with, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds (for protein, iron and minerals) along with Golden Raisins and Cranberries (for fibre, more iron and vitamins).
Ingredients: Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries, sugar, vegetable oil, sulphur dioxide.
