Almonds

Almonds

There's plenty of crunch in our first-class Californian Almonds. They are low in saturated fat and have more protein than any other nut. They're high in fibre, vitamin E, magnesium and copper.

Fact: It is tradition at Christmas in Sweden to put a single almond in the rice pudding. Legend says that the person who is served the almond will get married in the coming year.

Ingredients: Almonds.
